Improvised job interview

   Interviews give you the opportunity to demonstrate competencies required for a particular job.


  Interviews are excellent possibility to persuade and show employers that you are appropriate person for the job in question. You must convince the employer for the skills that you have. It is very important to have eye contact during the interview, facial expressions, gestures, good posture ect., because each one of them shows your character and enthusiasm. 


  If you want to win in competition of hiring job process you have to be well prepared, because during the interview you will be dealing with many questions and some of them would be provocative questions in order to see how you will react and answer. 


  When I was waiting to be interviewed, I thought with my mind that I would not be able to respond the right answers, but any way I wasn't nervous. While I started the interview I answered all questions very easy, I think that there were 6 questions from the employer.


  I was very calm and self-confident, so my answers were diplomatic :)
Bye the way, my boss was standing in a strange way, he didn't motivate me to show enthusiasm.    
So we must practice before interview because we may be deal with different people-employ.    


 My message is practice, practice, practice...

Who wants to be a Manager? I don't !

In our country it seems that everyone wants to be a manager, maybe it happens because many people do not recognize the difficulties faced by managers. Many people think that being a manager means having a high chair, being the one who controls the other employees and having a higher salary.
But the reality is different, it is not pink!
 Manager plays a key role in the success or failure of a company, therefore they have to work harder than others. He's the one who is responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of a project, and in addition he should deal with problems, disagreements, misunderstandings arising in the workplace by employees. So a manager to get over it is necessary to be a good psychologist and first and foremost a good COMMUNICATOR in order to create a pleasant working environment. 
He should offer a collaborative, energetic environment that allows employees to provide exceptional customer service.
If you want to pay more attention to others than yourself, you're on the right way!.
